When you buy one of my artworks, this is how I make sure it reaches you safely.
I use two 4 mm cardboard plates to keep your artwork flat and protected.
This way, it arrives in perfect conditions.
Shipping
All orders will usually be dispatched within a week, and shipping times depend on where you are in the world.
Return Policy
Customers must submit requests no later than 5 days upon receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to Lisbon, Portugal.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will supply you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Also, if you reside outside Portugal, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Customers are responsible for postage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
